Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TopShot Sports Arena website and booking platform (the "Platform"), operated from Sector 21, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India ("TopShot Sports Arena", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, making a booking, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must register an account before booking any ground or facility through the Platform. You must provide accurate, current information (name, email address, and mobile number) and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account; minors may use bookings made by a parent or guardian.

2. Bookings

All bookings are subject to real-time availability and are confirmed only once payment (in full or, where offered, a deposit) has been successfully processed. Prices shown at the time of booking, including any applicable day, time, seasonal, holiday, or peak-hour pricing, are final for that booking and will not change retroactively even if our pricing rules change afterward.

Where we allow partial payment (a deposit) to confirm a booking, the remaining balance must be paid before or at the start of your session, as communicated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to deny entry or treat a booking as cancelled if the outstanding balance is not settled.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Conduct at the Arena

You agree to use our grounds and facilities safely, respectfully, and in accordance with any posted rules or staff instructions. TopShot Sports Arena reserves the right to refuse entry, end a session early, or restrict future bookings for conduct that is unsafe, damages facilities, or is abusive toward staff or other customers, without refund where the conduct is the cause of the restriction.

5. Ground Availability and Changes

We make reasonable efforts to keep grounds available as booked. However, grounds may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

6. Payments

All online payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full card, UPI, or net-banking credentials — these are handled directly by Razorpay in accordance with their own security standards and terms. TopShot Sports Arena is not responsible for outages or delays caused by our payment provider or your bank.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TopShot Sports Arena is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or your visit to our facilities, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Indian law. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including our logo, branding, text, and design — belongs to TopShot Sports Arena or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
