• Usage data: basic technical information such as your browser type and IP address, used for security and to keep the Platform working correctly.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and process your bookings.
• To confirm bookings, send booking-related updates, and communicate about payments (including outstanding balances).
• To respond to enquiries you send us through the contact form.
• To maintain the security and integrity of the Platform, and to detect or prevent fraud.
• To improve our services, based on aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Who We Share Information With

We share information only where necessary to operate the Platform:

• Razorpay (payment processing) — receives the information needed to process your payment.
